August 11, 2025 – The much-anticipated Phase III project of Zhongshan Bmorn Technology Park was successfully topped out today! This marks a new stage in the park's construction and launches the final sprint toward the goal of full park operation by year-end.

Phase II Nearing Completion: Construction is progressing efficiently. The Phase II project has entered its final phase and will be fully completed by the end of September this year.

Phase III Topped Out: Following closely behind Phase II, the Phase III project achieved its main structure topping-out today (August 11) and is expected to complete all construction by the end of December 2025.

Full Park Operation Imminent: With the successive completion of Phases II and III, the entire Zhongshan Bmorn Technology Park is projected to commence full operation by the end of December 2025! A modern hub for technology and industry is set to rise in Zhongshan, injecting powerful momentum into the city's technological innovation and industrial development.


As a key construction project in Zhongshan City, Zhongshan Bmorn Technology Park covers a total floor area of nearly 250,000 square meters. It aims to create a first-class innovation platform integrating high-standard R&D, office spaces, intelligent manufacturing, and comprehensive commercial facilities. The park's layout includes multifunctional spaces such as R&D offices, incubation centers, and commercial amenities. Upon completion, it will become a core engine for technological innovation in Zhongshan and a new driver for high-quality regional economic development, providing an exceptional environment for tech enterprises and innovation teams.

The topping-out ceremony was held in a warm and grand atmosphere. Representatives from enterprises, construction units, supervision units, and distinguished guests gathered to witness this significant milestone.

Mr. Guofu Cao, General Manager of Guangdong Zhonghuoju Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd., affirmed the project's current quality and safety standards.
